CM First as issued a new procedure and all internal issues need to be ticketed on Zoho for internal tracking purposes.
Please email support@cmfirstgroup.com or open up a ticket in Zoho support.cmfirstgroup.com In the subject line enter *internal* so this ticket gets assigned to me directly or assign it to me internal IT.
Any requests or issues with email, server reboot, changes to Zoho, adding items to a website etc. should all come through Zoho.
