Dashboard- Repository

This document will cover the basics of how to find and select the data that will be displayed on the dashboard.  Every authorized user has access to one or more data units to display.   

After completing this document, you should be able to various data units that you are authorized to view.   

1.  Click on the “Select Repository” button at the bottom of the Dashboard 

 

 2. Search for a Data Unit if it is not visible.  

You can search by Usergroup Name, Inventory Name, Objectgroup Name. 



3.  Select data unit you want to view 

 

Tips:

The Data Unit displayed selection is determined: 

  • by current user’s User Group 
  • User Group, Inventory and Object Group
