This document will cover the basics of the CM evolveIT Dashboard Custom Query.

After completing this document, you should have a basic understanding of the CM evolveIT Custom Query

1. Log in to the dashboard with a valid dashboard user id.  

You need to have User Group Management Permissions.  

There is a built-in administrator that can be used for setup initially.  

Built-in administrator (Default Password is ‘admin@1234!’)  

2. Go to Custom Query on the menu. 

3. New custom query request. 

There are 2 ways to create custom query

+ From Dashboard -> Text Search -> Custom Query UI: click on New Request button, a dialog will appear to create a custom query.

  

+ From Asset Browser Detail: click on More -> Custom Query, a dialog will appear to create a custom query with related asset memo.

  

4. Check custom query result. 

After creating a new custom query request, it will take time to generate the results. Based on each category configuration, we can have the report in json, pdf or xlsx format.

You can click the Refresh button to check the latest status of the custom query from Dashboard -> Text Search -> Custom Query UI
